Your name, email and profile photo from Google or Apple sign-in; bookings and pre-orders you make; messages you send to chefs; and, only if you tap "Near me", your approximate location — used on your device to sort results and never stored. Chefs also share the profile, photos and events they publish.
To run your account, process bookings and payments, let you and chefs message each other, and keep the platform safe. We don't sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
The chef you book or message sees your name, booking details and messages. Payments are handled by our payment processor; card details never reach us. Hosting and sign-in providers process data on our behalf. Your data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
When chefs use AI writing or photo tools, their text and photos are sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Nothing publishes until the chef approves it.
While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
Wherever you are, you can ask to access, correct or download your data, delete your account yourself from Account settings in either portal, or withdraw consent. UK residents have UK GDPR rights and may complain to the ICO; Singapore residents have PDPA rights and may contact the PDPC; California and other US state residents have rights under their state privacy laws, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
