Terms & Conditions

The rules, plainly.

Last updated October 2026

Your activities, your responsibility

Creators must provide accurate information and meet all laws applicable to their location and services. Where required, obtain and maintain licences, registrations, permits, food-handling certifications and other approvals before preparing, handling, supplying or selling food. Home kitchens may be subject to specific or additional requirements.

Different services, different requirements

Portfolio-only profiles and services such as kitchen operations consulting or menu development, where no food is supplied or transferred to a customer, may not be subject to the same food-sale rules. This is not a blanket exemption: applicable business, professional and other laws still apply. Check with local authorities when unsure.

Honest and safe participation

Do not misrepresent your qualifications, approvals, services or dietary claims, list unlawful products or services, or misuse another person's information. MyMaestro does not certify compliance or guarantee food safety; a checked declaration is the creator's acknowledgment, not proof of licensing.

Violations

Breaching these terms or applicable law may result in removal of listings, suspension or removal from MyMaestro, and/or legal action where warranted and permitted by law. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Required acknowledgment

Before creating or saving a creator profile, you must read and understand the declaration and these terms, and check the acknowledgment box. Keep your compliance current as your activities change.
